“Eli has grown as a player on and off the soccer pitch. As a young player, he relied on his natural talent — speed, quickness, and athleticism — to outperform the competition. Back then, he’d also have a hard time managing his emotions while being gaslight by ‘perfectionist tendencies’ when mistakes were made. Over the last two years however, I have watched Eli mature on the field and work to become a better teammate and player. He has always been an extremely hard worker who pushes others to be their best. Eli has a high motor; typically, he’s one of the fastest players on the field. Eli is physical, highly competitive, and plays the game the right way. He has never been a dirty player.”
